"We met Teresa in Spring 2019 whilst on our first proper “fact finding” trip to look for a property in the Algarve, having holidayed here for many years. She was very friendly and informative to our requirements and helpful with advice on property types and areas. In total I think we viewed nearly 10 properties through Teresa and she found the house we bought on only our second visit. She “got” what we wanted immediately, with no time wasted viewings or hassling us into decisions, a very professional and attentive service. But what sets her apart from other agents is that her assistance didn’t stop after we’d negotiated the purchase; she helped us with lots of other issues too, from some document translations to explaining all the processes, insurances required etc. and liaised with lawyers and relevant parties. She stayed in touch throughout and even recommended a great builder to us who helped with some renovation work straight after completion.
